1. General Overview

Hashmi International (Lucknow) provides Hajj, Umrah, and International tour services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the rules set by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah (Saudi Arabia) and the Government of India.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving the initial Deposit Amount.
  • Full payment must be cleared 20 days before the departure date.
  • Taxes: 5% GST and 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) are mandatory as per Govt. of India rules and are extra over the package price.

3. Documentation

It is the pilgrim's responsibility to provide valid documents:

  • Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Original PAN Card copy.
  • Recent passport-size photographs with a white background.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attention: Deluxe Batches are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable once the Visa is processed or the Ticket is issued.

In case of emergency cancellation before visa processing, a standard service charge + ticket cancellation fee will apply. Refund processing may take 15-30 working days.

5. Accommodation & Services

  • Distance from Haram (Makkah & Madinah) is measured approximately. Slight variations may occur based on the entry gate.
  • Room sharing is based on the package selected (Quad/Triple/Double).
  • Food provided is "Lucknowi Taste" (3 meals daily) unless specified otherwise.

6. Jurisdiction & Liability

Hashmi International is not responsible for any delay, loss, or injury caused by airlines, weather conditions, or changes in Saudi Government policies. Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow Courts only.
