Important Notice

All Deluxe Umrah & International Batches are Fixed Batches. Once the Visa is processed or Flight Tickets are issued, the package becomes 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Charges

Before Visa/Ticket

Agar visa processing se pehle cancel karte hain, toh ₹15,000 per person service charge deduct hoga.

After Visa/Ticket

Visa lagne ya Ticket issue hone ke baad NO REFUND. Pura amount cancel mana jayega.

No Show (Late)

Airport par flight miss hone ya time par na pahunchne par koi refund nahi diya jayega.

Partial Services

Agar pilgrim beech safar mein koi service (Hotel/Food) use nahi karta, toh uska koi refund nahi hoga.

Refund Timeline

Jo bhi eligible refund hoga, wo 15 to 30 Working Days ke andar user ke bank account mein credit kiya jayega. Hum cash refund support nahi karte.

Note: Saudi Govt. policies ya Airlines ki taraf se koi badlav hone par Hashmi International zimmedar nahi hogi. Refund hamesha third-party vendors (Airlines/Hotels) ki policy par depend karega.
